Q:if i dont post,do i keep being an admin?
A: No,if you dont post in more than 3 months without posting,you will not be an admin anymore,but you will still be an author,if you're an author and you dont post on more than 4 months,you will get fired and have less possibilities of getting back as an author on this blog,if you're back as an author and you dont post in more than 2 months,you will get fired and never get accepted on the blog anymore.
